Woke up at 9:14am after staying up until 4:30ish and rushed off to the musical instrument event at the 12th ave Salvation Army with Tyr. About 10-12 of us nerds rushed through the doors at 9:30 to find two tables of stereo pieces, some computer keyboards and two fucked up guitars for way to much money. Then, they slowly started bringing other items out and I held out long enough to find a really neat Casio keyboard for $25.

I started talking to this really familiar looking guy there. Its a strange moment when I'm talking to someone and in this case testing out keyboards and I realize that the person knows that I'm in the winks and has most likely seen us perform. They could have seen one the few good shows or one of the many horrible experiments that we've forced upon Vancouver, i don't know. Its kinda nice because I can learn more about them as I spend less time explaining about my self. I got lost in the thrift dungeon before I could say goodbye, get his name or write down his contact so we can play a show with his band that has a neat name that I forget.

the middle of the day involved some gameboy Zelda(waking up the flying rooster with the frog mambo song), Pho lunch with my pho friends and biking down town to the castle.

Grummpy lack of sleep Todd kicked in just in time for working on new songs with Tyr and somehow we fixed/wrote a bunch of stuff and Tyr put up with my grump clump self.

Time for sleep

that could just be one of the hardest core casiotones I've ever seen in my life. how does it sound? can I play with it some time soon?
